Recent Comments Widget For BlogSpot Blogs

Recently I have posted about showing Top Commenters Widget in your blog, and also a post about showing the profile image of commenter. Here's another widget to be added on your blog, which shows the posts where recent comments have been made.

To add the widget, follow these steps:
Log in to your Blogger account. Then go to Layout -> Add a Gadget -> HTML/Javascript

Now copy and paste this code in to the widget:

<br/><span style="font-size: x-small;"><a href="http://bloggerstop.net">Blogger Widgets</a></span>

NOTE: Replace the text highlighted in RED (bloggerstop.net) with your own blog address (EXAMPLE.blogspot.com)

ALTERNATE WIDGET: And in case you directly want to show the comments instead of the posts titles, then follow these steps:

Log in to Blogger, Go to Layout -> Add a Gadget -> Feed widget

Then in the feed field, paste this url:

http://YOUR_BLOG.BLOGSPOT.COM/feeds/comments/default

Then select the appropriate options and save it.

If you are talking about recent posts widget from feedburner, then it's here:
http://bloggerstop.net/2008/12/show-recent-posts-widget-in-blogspot.html

and if you want recent comments thru feed, then in that same page use the second method, and replace the feed for posts with feed for comments.

Same here, when I change the URL to mine, I get blog's recent comments, not mine. And that happens even if I do nothing, and leave in the "YOUR_BLOG_ADDRESS_HERE" line. Something in the script src is still specific to this blog, regardless of what URL one inserts.

an excellent measure taken by people at blogger. We are still in the early speed and that of custom. could not continue without widgets, though.

Interesting and very useful. I kept a car in the UK as we have a flat there- but had great difficulty finding an insurance that would not ask questions about the fact I now have a Swiss licence and am officially resident in CH. I have recently given the car to a young friend who needed it and cancelled the Insurance.

The fact IS that my friend DID get viruses from downloading the official GamersFirst version of Knight Online. As I already said, the virus expert told him that they were from Knight Online. That doesn't mean they MIGHT be from Knight Online that means that they ARE. In fact he said that some of the viruses had "Knight Online" in their names.
