If you are on Twitter, then here's a better way to display your updates anywhere on the web.
Before you read about this tool, you may like to know that now you can follow
Blogger and GoogleReader on Twitter.
And of course me too - BloggerStop
Now again talking about the tool, before you want to show your updates on an image, make sure that your updates are already made public. If you have kept them as private, then go to Settings and remove tick from "Protect my updates" option.
Here's what I have made:

Now go to SayTweet, and upload an image from your computer or from the web.
Then in the second step click anywhere on the uploaded image, to add a twitter user (you can add multiple users). And that's it, copy and paste the HTML + JavaScript (Do NOT copy the simple HTML code) code on to your website / blog or anywhere you like.
To add the image in your Blogger/BlogSpot blog,
Log in to Blogger, go to "Layout" -> Add a Gadget -> HTML/JavaScript type
and paste the code in to it.
