Well according to their T&C, no account should have a hold status, most probably that means the account should be verified too. It is recommended that you should get it verified before the offer ends.

I just came across a point in their T&C, that says:
If you reside outside of the Eligible Countries, you may be permitted to download the PayPal WishList; however, you will not be eligible to participate in this Promotion. Additionally, you will not be entitled to receive an additional US$1 or cash back for those PayPal WishLists created by a person(s) outside of the eligible countries, even if the sum stating ‘you’ve earned’ on your Facebook page may indicate otherwise. This means that at the end of the Promotional Period, you may be entitled to less earnings than stated on the ‘you’ve earned’ counter on your Facebook page.

I think this is a kind of promotion from Paypal so Paypal users will verify their account to get involved in this program. But, don't you think it is too easy to get $1?
ReplyIt's not just about the $1, check out the comment by kimie, already $50....and I'm sure there are many out there with 100's of friends in FB who can easily reach to $100. Paypal has correctly selected FB to promote this event officially being the top-social networking site.
