ReplyMany blogs are frequently marked as spam and the owners lose all control over their blogs and do not even get time to save its content. If you regularly take back ups of your content, then you can save 90-100% of your content in such mishappenings.
Now in case your blog has been banned/blocked then with this back up you can simply start a new blog containing all the previous content within 10 minutes.

ReplyWell most of the times the spam marking by Blogger is NOT done manually, so there are chances that a blog may be mistakenly get marked as spam by its algorithm, you can check out Blogger's own posts on this issue:
