I used to face this problem in the previous version of my Internet browser and till date some of my readers do complain that they are unable to paste text/code in the comment-form while commenting on BloggerStop and some other blogs.
In Blogger blogs (Blog*Spot), comment-forms are separate frames (webpages) embedded in to the blogs. And if you are using Firefox v 3.5.x, then you might have experienced this problem too...
To seaparate the frame, while commenting simply right click inside the comment-form, then go to "This Frame" and click on any of these options: "Show only this frame", "Open frame in new window" or "open frame in new tab".
Once you open the comment-form frame in a separate tab/window, you will be able to comment normally.

The best way to avoid this problem is to upgrade your blowser to the latest version of Firefox (v 3.6). Download and install it from here.
But for any specific reason, if you don't want to upgrade, then in your present browser, i.e. Firefox 3.5.xx, while commenting, you just have to separate the comment-form frame from the blog (then you can easily copy/paste any text in to it).To seaparate the frame, while commenting simply right click inside the comment-form, then go to "This Frame" and click on any of these options: "Show only this frame", "Open frame in new window" or "open frame in new tab".

Write commentsThis problem is also in your blog before. Right? and it's solved
ReplyYeah, actually the problem is still there, for those who are using Frifox version 3.5 and older. Although I don't know the exact reason(s) behind it, but I'm glad it's not there anymore in the latest version of Firefox
Replyits happen too on newer and older page page numbering also on blogger...

ReplyI didnt confront this kind of problem still now
ReplyWow, I thought it was the owner who don't want commentators to copy and paste the comment! Jeez, I was wrong.
Reply@Aayush and Sudarshan,
ReplyIf you are facing the problem only occasionally and not always, then simply delete the cookies and temp. files in your browser. The best way to do this, is by using Ccleaner.

Hi Divya,
ReplyGlad I mentioned this to you - I thought it was only ME! Glad others who have had this problem now can find the solution or workaround.
Also in the comment box the navigation keys don't work (home, end, etc.) - so it is better to open frame in new tab.
I too thought you had disabled copy and paste on your blog...
You are such a wonderful and helpful Blog Master!
Talk to you soon,

Have a wonderful weekend!
Thanks Stacey....have a great weekend too
ReplyUntil you write a post with really short title, you don't have to remove those dynamic tags from your blog.
Thanks Divya for the info and finally...I have gained my links back! But, I have used CSS code for it! Just have a look I have created a post of it

That's great Anup! but have you tried undo(ing) the changes, as I think the problem shouldn't occur now, even with the same old code.
Replynice post, i really appreciate it.
Replyi had this problem too. thank you for the post.
ReplyOh, thank you! I was trying to edit the HTML coding to no avail! The box takes up a lot of vertical room. I wish there was a way to make it smaller. I suppose I could just use the basic button instead of the box. When I have more people liking my site it should look good though, so I'll leave it for now and see how it goes. Thanks so much!
ReplyExcellent thanks a lot again for the tip, i learn how to make my blog because of yours and I'm very grateful for that, thanks
Replyin fact this is used by most bloggers as a good mode of moderation, how? easy many spammers use only one comment, so this mean that probably they copy and paste this comment many times, with tihs you avoid this problem, of cours this is totally annoying to other users.:-t
ReplyExcellent thanks a lot, your posts had been very useful to me, when i start blogging a year ago i didn't know nothing and thanks to you this changed.
ReplyI got Firefox 3.6 and actually is the same crap... it doesn't work as I was waiting for. I think the best I can do is to change my browser... Google Chrome looks like a good option.
Replyits happen too on newer and older page page numbering also on blogger... Google chrome rocks!
